Rates​

• ​​​Real Estate Photography:  $100 per 1000 SqFt
• Studio Photography Shoot: $200 per/hr
• Outdoor Photography Shoot: $150 per/hr
• ​Macro Photography: $100 per/Item
• Drone Photography & Video: $150

All rates are negotiable. Feel free to send me and email and we can discuss about making adjustments to suit your needs.

​Real Estate:

• Real estate photos are generally same-day delivery.
• I do basic edits in Lightroom and can submit up to 100 photos.

​Studio VS Outdoor

• In-Studio shoots can be done by renting out a studio, and bringing my lighting equipment to said studio. I ask that you cover the fee for the rental.
• Outdoor shoots are naturally lit, aside from my flash, so the fee is reduced.

Macro Photography

• Macro Photos are extreme close-ups of objects used for advertising purposes.
